However, we are not going to leave you hanging today on account of our schedule scramble. Instead, we’re going to try one of these threads, so we can all discuss our feelings!
The topic du jour, asked about in an Insta q&a that we totally failed on replying to is… how do you bounce back from rejection? Healthy and unhealthy advice welcome.
We’ll go first:
Do something incredibly nice and luxurious for yourself
Feel the feelings – let yourself be angsty/sad/hurt right away, rather than pushing it down and having it creep up later
Mute/block/whatever you need to do to not torture yourself
Do another nice thing for yourself that incorporates: a great snack, a great piece of content, and a great friend
